I am located in Florida, USA, Eastern Time.

I check my email regularly throughout the day, and return all emails immediatly when possible. If you send me an email and do not get a response, I probably didn't receive your email, in which case you may want to try my alternate email address

I do not send bulk mail, solicitations, or news letters ... ever, however I may have a question about your order or shipping address, and will try to reach you if I need to, by email first.
