My studio is private (in my home) and not opened to the public for business, however your concerns are very important to me!
I keep general work hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm USA Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. However, I do not keep a phone in the studio so that I can concentrate on making your jewelry for you uninterupted.
Please check the following informational pages listed below for answers to your inquiry before contacting me. Although I wish I could personally talk to each of my customers, it has become a problem as I am no longer able to spend that much time away from my studio.
