Handmade Pure Titanium Wire Wrapped Tension Set Genuine Opal Ring #1.

This ring is a size 6 and you can purchase it, or choose one of the other opals I have to set into this ring style in your size. Click on picture for larger view and for other opals available for this ring style. Large Opal is 1.51 Carat, (12mm x 8mm) with strong mulit color flash. Click on the picture to see the ring at different angles. It is very difficult to capture all of the fire in an Opal. I promise that this Natural Opal Doublet has more color flash and fire than the pictures can show.
Doublet means it is mounted onto a hard surface to strengthen and thicken the opal so it is able to withstand the tension setting of the ring. It is further secured with Jewelers epoxy, a strong clear cement that is used to secure pearls and cabochons, so they will not fall out of the setting.
