Jewelry is created custom for you on a first come first served basis. However I do give precedence to new customers ordering a single pair of "healing" earrings, so that they can get relief as soon as possible. Starter/Healing earrings for new customers are usually processed within 2 business days. All others are processed in turn.
Your credit card payment, although pre-approved, will not be settled until I am ready to process your order for you. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED TWICE.
If you did not receive a receipt of your credit card transaction, please check your spam or suspect folder or email me. If you are paying by check or money order and desire a copy of your order invoice, and did not get one, please email me.
