Ordering & Shipping:
Ordering is easy at Maggie's Creations through my secure Shopping Cart.
Just place your order, and we will both get an email copy when you have finished.
1. You can pay by "Check/Money Order" ~ you will get my mailing address once you place your order.
Please make your check/money order out to "Maggie Imhof" and then simply mail your payment to me. FREE ECONOMY U.S. SHIPPING WITH THIS PAYMENT TYPE.
2. You can pay by "Credit Card" with Visa Credit Cards, Visa Debit Bank Cards, Master Card, Master Card Debit Bank Cards, and Discover via my shopping cart.
All orders (except for orders of 1 PAIR OF HEALING EARRINGS), are subject to my "first come first served waiting list" before I take payment. During this time, you can cancel your order if you wish to do so. Simply email me with your request to cancel the order. We will reply with confirmation that it has been canceled.
Once I take payment, components which are needed to make your jewelry for you will be ordered from my suppliers. At this time (and for the afore mentioned reasons), refunds can no longer be granted. Generally, orders will be shipped within 1 week of payment taken/cleared.
Shipping times needed for delivery to you are in addition to the above time estimates, and according to the type you've chosen. We have no control over the Shipping Companies and are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, so please be sure to purchase the shipping types (insurance etc.) with the benifits you desire.
Please do not email me requesting estimated time of arrival dates. I simply do not know how long it will take to: complete orders that have come in before yours; receive custom components from my suppliers; make your hand made jewelry; or ship to your particular part of the world (nor do I have the time to spend away from my jewelry bench doing email ~ I'm sorry).
Where's My Stuff?:
Your jewelry is created to order for you, on a first come first served basis, but I do give precedence to customers that are ordering their first SINGLE pair of healing earrings so that they can achieve relief as soon as possible. Healing earrings are usually created and shipped out within 48 hours of payment during business days.
All other earrings (Non-Healing Earrings) can take from 0 to 7 days (on average) from the payment taken date, to be created and shipped (depending on if I have all of the custom stones, pearls, and/or other materials that I need already in stock, or if I must order them for you first).
Please place "Non-Healing Earring" custom orders that must be received before a certain date (Christmas, Birthdays, etc.), at least 30 days in advance. Thank you.
Shipping & Handling:
I currently ship through the United States Postal Service only. Shipping & Handling Service Charges are based on your order size, service type, and the destination of the order.
Shipping Charges cover actual postage, packaging materials, and extra services including delivery confirmation or tracking, return service requests or signiture requests, and/or insurance ... depending on the service options you choose.
Handling Charges cover labor costs to ship to you and include; packing and processing labor (filling out order forms and labels, import and export paperwork) and a trip to the post office ... depending on the service options you choose.
Economy USA Shipping & Handling:
$6.00 = ($5.50 Shipping + $0.50 Handling) for orders up to 2 (pair) items.
$7.00 = ($6.00 Shipping + $1.00 Handling) for orders of 3 to 4 (pair) items.
$8.00 = ($6.50 Shipping + $1.50 Handling) for orders of 5 to 6 (pair) items.
$9.00 = ($7.00 Shipping + $2.00 Handling) for orders of 7 to 8 (pair) items.
I am offering this service as an inexpensive "no frills" alternative shipping option for my customers. This option includes shipping and handling costs only. No tracking or notice of shipment or insurance of any kind is available with this shipping option. Does not include any additional services at all. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. I will continue to offer this option for as long as there are no complaints regarding the lack of services it provides.
Priority USA Shipping & Handling:
$8.00 = ($7.50 Shipping + $0.50 Handling) for orders of up to 2 (pair) items.
$9.50 = ($8.50 Shipping + $1.00 Handling) for orders of 3 to 4 (pairs) items.
$11.00 = ($9.50 Shipping + $1.50 Handling) for orders of 5 to 6 (pairs) items.
$12.50 = ($10.50 Shipping + $2.00 Handling) for orders of 7 to 8 (pairs) items.
Includes 2-3 day average shipping time (once your order has been filled). Includes delivery confirmation services, but no insurance. Insurance is available upon request. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.

$22.00 = ($21.50 Shipping + $0.50 Handling) for orders of up to 2 (pairs) items.
